For those of us that grew up in the 1980’s, pro street cars were the coolest thing in the world. These powerful vehicles were completely road legal, and yet, they sported insane turbocharged or supercharged V8 engines that developed a ton of power. Best of all, they still looked amazing, as all drivers paid a lot of attention to design. The term might be a bit forgotten these days, but there are lots of these bad boys left, wreaking havoc on the tracks across the United States.
Take this 1941 Willys for example. From the moment it left the factory, people fell in love with its gorgeous looks. Unfortunately, it was fabricated during the war, so it wasn’t a commercial success it should have been, but that only makes it more special nowadays. In recent years, with the Hot Rod culture taking over, this car became one of the most popular models in the world of car customization. Due to this, it extremely hard to find one in stock condition at the moment.
This one is anything but stock, but it is just bad to the bone. If you think differently, wait till you see it dismantle the opponents on the drag strip. You will become a believer in an instant.
