The Nissan GT-R may have been around for the decade, but there’s no denying it’s still one of the quickest vehicles you can buy.

Its 3.8-liter twin-turbo V6 makes 565 hp, hitting 60 mph in 2.9 seconds thanks to advanced all-wheel drive. The Nissan GT-R also tops out at 195 mph and can run the quarter mile in 11.1 seconds.

Even in this age of supercars, that’s impressive. Other than exotics and the few hardcore Porsches, you are unlikely to run into anything else that can challenge the Nissan GT-R on the track.

But as the video below shows, Nissan GT-R drivers may actually have to worry about an Audi station wagon. Specifically, we are talking about the RS6 Avant Performance.

It’s the even-more-powerful version of the regular RS6 Avant, making 597 hp out of a turbocharged V8. Thanks to Quattro all-wheel drive, the sprint to 60 mph takes just 3.7 seconds.

For the car that can comfortably seat the family of four and carry all their luggage, that’s outstanding.

And you might not be able to destroy a Nissan GT-R behind the wheel of an RS6 Avant Performance, but still. The fact that the station wagon can run with Godzilla on track is something to celebrate.
