Here’s a slick little ride no ricer would sure wanna mess up with in the streets. It’s a 1941 Willys Coupe street rod with the blown Hemi and the flawless all-steel yellow body.
This ride sure looks so smooth in its yellow paintwork but you’ll be impressed when you know it’s been done since the 90’s. It’s in fact a Great Eight winner in 1998 and looking at it now justifies why. It’s got an understated elegance one would never thought possible with a flat yellow paint. All gaps are perfectly aligned and everything is just so clean with the shaved look. And the setup up front for the headlights and grille is so simple yet so striking.
Going inside is an even more elegant feel with the all-business look to it. It features painted roll bars, nice seats, floor and headliners, and a cool gauges on top of a cool dashboard. Talk about top-notch interior and this one has it offered in a subtle way.
A look even from a distant suggests this coupe shouts nothing but wicked performance. Well, how about a blown and injected Hemi 426 under the hood? I wouldn’t be surprised if this mean little machine can get anyone flying.
