Halsema Highway – Philippines
Situated 6,561ftabove sea level, this road is deemed the safest to drive in the months of March and April. During the rest of the year heavy rainfall, fog, rain and mudslides tend to turn the route into an absolute nightmare. If tourists are brave enough they can witness the most magnificent views of the Philippines. However, the dangerous environment makes it a little to risky.
